The R&A program provides substantial utility incentives based on he modeled energy savings between two energy models: The existing home (pre addition and/or renovation) and the Final home (final as built conditions) . Our service as R&A Rater includes design consulting to aid in specifying insulation, heating/cooling, hot water, and ventilation equipment. Two site visits are required, three are often necessary. A site visit, or detailed specifications and photos , are needed pre-renovation for an optimal rebate package.

Note that as of 2026, all HVAC equipment incentives for heatpupms have been rolled into the R&A program- we will manage those incentives for you. Incentive opportunities are all listed on this table:
